Looking for a fun and exciting way to meet new people, get in shape, and play a sport that you love? Niagara Sport and Social club is dedicated to helping the people of the Niagara Region stay active and socialize by organizing indoor volleyball leagues and tournaments throughout the area.
Worried that it might not be for you? Don’t be. We have games for all levels, from beginner to expert. We are here to help you have fun and make new friends, so don’t worry if you don’t have any experience playing the game!
Signing up is easy and takes no time at all. Just register for the upcoming season and you’ll get access to:

FAQ
Q: I’m a complete beginner. What if I don’t have any experience?
Complete beginners are more than welcome! We have games for all skill levels. As part of our dedication to helping people of all skill levels have fun and socialize, we offer skill clinics to help you practice the basics and get ready to dominate!
Q: How long does the season last?
Our indoor volleyball season lasts for 20 weeks (October-April) and also includes a season-end tournament!
Q: Do I need any equipment?
Nope. We’ve got everything you need to get started. Just bring yourself.
Q: Do I need a team?
You don’t need a team some of our leagues offer individual registration and we place all the individuals together onto the same team so everyone gets a chance to meet new people at the same time! If you want to make a team with your friends, be our guest! But it isn’t mandatory. All are welcome! Registration is all online on this website.
Q: Where are you located?
We have locations around the area for beach volleyball, but our main indoor facility is located at 8 Gale Crescent; St. Catharines, Ontario. We’ve got four huge indoor courts! See all our locations
